HomeMy WebLinkAbout1965-01-13 - Resolution No. 120a 0 RESOLUTION NO. 120 January 13, 1965 PROVIDING for Sewer Service Charges and Frontage Charges for the Calendar year 1965. WHEREAS Resolution # 42 provides that the Service Charge and the Frontage Charges shall be fixed and determined by the Board of Directors each year; and WHEREAS Resolution # 41 defines the Service Charge ( paragraph 1) and the Frontage Charge ( paragraph 2); and WHEREAS the Board of Directors have reviewed those factors which determine the amount of the Service Charge and the Frontage Charge, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the rules and regulations of the District with regard to the provision of sanitary sewer service are ammended to provide as follows: 1. Service Charges Drainage Area Parcels less than Parcels larger one acre than one acre A $350/ acre $350/ acre B $350/ acre $1500/ acre C $350/ acre $2000/ acre D $350/ acre to be determined M to be determined to be determined 2. Frontage Charges Single Family Residential Use $215.00/ connection All other uses as defined in Resolution No. 79 to remain the same; $2.80/ front foot but not less than $215/ per connection. The above and foregoing Resolution No. 120 was regularly passed and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County Water District at their regular meeting held on the 13t ,---day of January, 1965.
