RESOLUTION NO. 121
On a motion made by Director Milmoe, seconded by Director
McGuire and carried by a unanimous roll call vote the
following Resolution Nol 121 was adopted:

to his family as a humble expression of the Board's heartfelt
sympathy in their bereavement.
