Smith, Secretary Auditor of the District has asked to be relieved of the duties of this office, IT IS RESOLVED THAT Mr. James W. Kerfoot be appointed as Auditor to theDistrict and Mrs. Jean E. Mathews be appointed as Assistant Auditor, said appointments to become effective as of June 10, 1965. The above and foregoing resolution No. 129 was regularly passed and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County Water District at their adjourned meeting held on May 26, 1965.
