OF YORBA LINDA COUNT WATER DISTRIC
ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE'
DISTRICT, KNOVN AS ANNEXATION No.

Orange County, on October 11, 1967, approved the annexation
to the Yorba Linda County Water District of certain property
more fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made
a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, said Local Agency Formation Commission autr
orized the Board of Directors ofthe Yorba Linda County Water
District to annex said territory without notice or hearing and
without election;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of Yorba Lind
