HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-12-27 - Resolution No. 1640 RESOLUTION NO. 164 9 Sewer Service and Frontage Charges - 1968 WHEREAS Resolution No. 42 provides that the Service Charge and the Frontage Charge for sanitary sewer service shall be fixed and de- termined by the Board of Directors each year for the ensuing year; and, WHEREAS Resolution No. 41 defines the Service Charge ( paragraph 1 ) and the Frontage Charge ( paragraph 2 and WHEREAS Resolutions No. 60, No. 79, No. 89 and No. 90 further define the Service Charge and Frontage Charge with respect to various drainage areas and types of sanitary service to be provided; and WHEREAS the Board of Directors have reviewed those factors which influence the amount of the Service Charge and the Frontage Charges, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Rules and Regulations of the District with regard to the rendition of Sanitary Sewer Service are amended to provide as follows: 1. SERVICE CHARGE Drainage Area Parcels less than 6ne acre A $ 350.00 per acre B $ 350.00 per acre C $ 350.00 per acre D $ 350.00 per acre M To be determined 2. FRONTAGE CHARGE Parcels larger than one acre $ 350.00 per acre $1500.00 per acre $2000.00 per acre to be determined To be determined (a) For all drainage areas and all types of sanitary sewer service - $ 2.80 per front foot but not less than $200.00 per connection. (b) Front footage shall generally be based on the length of that side of parcel to which service connection is made, including distance to the centerline of adjacent cross streets, if any. The above Resolution No. 164 was regularly passed and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County Water District at the adjourned meeting of said Board held on the 27th day of December 1967.
