RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF YORBA LINDA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT,
ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, WAIVING
ADVANCE PAYMENT OF INCIDENTAL EXPENSES
WHEREAS, this Board of Directors, by its Resolution No.
9., has made findings and overruled protests and objections
in regard to the formation of Assessment District No. 72-2;
and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of this Board of Directors
to order the work as described in its Resolution of Intention,
Resolution No. 236; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 5256 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California, the contractor must
advance incidental expenses incurred up to the time of enter-
ing into the contract unless said requirement is waived;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this legislative
body finds and determines that it is in the best interest of
the District, and of Assessment District No. 72-2, that the
payment in advance of all of the incidental expenses and
acquisition costs in connection with Assessment District No.
72-2 be waived, said waiver to appear in the notice inviting
bids.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 26th day of October, 1972.
