RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE YORBA LINDA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT WITH REGARD
TO SEWER SERVICE AND FRONTAGE CHARGES FOR
YEAR 1974
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 42 provides that the Service Charge and the
Frontage Charge for sanitary sewer service shall be fixed and deter-
mined by the Board of Directors each year for the ensuing year, and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 41 defines the Service Charge (paragraph 1)
and the Frontage Charge ( paragraph 2 and
WHEREAS, Resolutions No. 60, 79 , 89 and 90 further define the
Service Charge and Frontage Charge with respect to various drainage
areas and types of sanitary service to be provided; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors have reviewed those factors which
influence the amount of the service charge and the frontage charges,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the rules and regulations of the
District with regard to the rendition of the Sanitary Sewer Service
are amended to provide as follows:

The above Resolution No. 74-4 was regularly passed and adopted
by the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County Water District
at the regular meeting of said Board of Directors held on the
28th day of March, 1974 and shall be effective as of April 1, 1974
for all applications initiated on or after this date.
