HomeMy WebLinkAbout1976-01-29 - Resolution No. 76-01RESOLUTION NO. 76-1 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE YORBA LINDA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT WITH REGARD TO SEWER SERVICE CHARGES FOR AREA "C" YEAR 1976 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 42 provides that the Service Charge and the Frontage charge for sanitary sewer service shall be fixed and determined by the Board of Directors each year for the en- suing year, and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 41 defines the Service Charge (paragraph 1) and the Frontage Charge (paragraph 2); and WHEREAS, Resolutions No. 60, 79, 89 and 90 further define the Service Charge and Frontage Charge with respect to various drainage areas and types of sanitary service to be provided; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors have reviewed those factors which influence the amount of the service charge for Area "C", NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the rules and regulations of the District with regard to the rendition of the Sanitary Sewer Service are amended to provide as follows: Drainage Area SERVICE CHARGE Parcels less Than One Acre-Charge per Acre Parcels larger than one acre Charge per Acre nCrr $600.00 $950.00 The above Resolution No. 76-1 was regularly passed and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County Water District at the adjourned meeting of said Board of Directors held on the 29th day of January 1976 and shall be effective immediately for all applications initiated on or after this date.
