RESOLUTION NO. 76-5
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE YORBA LINDA COUNTY WATER
DISTRICT WITH REGARD TO SEWER SERVICE CHARGES FOR AREA "B" YEAR 1976
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 42 provides that the Service Charge and the
Frontage charge for sanitary sewer service shall be fixed and de-
termined by the Board of Directors each year for the ensuing year,
and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 41 defines the Service Charge (paragraph
1) and the Frontage Charge (paragraph 2); and
WHEREAS, Resolutions No. 60, 79, 89 and 90 further define the Service
Charge and Frontage Charge with respect to various drainage areas
and types of sanitary service to be provided; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors have reviewed those factors which
influence the amount of the service charge for Area "B",
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the rules and regulations of
the District with regard to the rendition of the Sanitary Sewer
Service are amended to provide as follows:

The above Resolution No. 76-5 was regularly passed and adopted by
the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County Water District at
the adjourned meeting of said Board of Directors held on the 12th
day of February 1976 and shall be effective immediately for all
applications initiated on or after this date.
