HomeMy WebLinkAbout1977-12-08 - Resolution No. 77-37N RESOLUTION NO. 77-37 M YORBA LINDA COUNTY MATER DISTRICT, RESPONSIBLE AGENCY RESOLUTION TO CERTIFY REVIE14 AND CONSIDERATION OF IN- FORMATION IN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT OF MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT ORANGE COUNTY, LEAD AGENCY DIEMER INTERTIE WHEREAS Municipal Water District of Orange County, lead agency, has authorized the construction of a water pipeline from the Diemer Treat- ment Plant facility of Metropolitan Water District of Southern California in Yorba Linda, California, to a point of connection with the Santiago Aqueduct near Irvine Lake, Orange County, California, which project is known as the Diemer Filtration Plant/Santiago Aqueduct Intertie; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of YORBA LINDA COUNTY 14ATER DISTRICT has reviewed the Environmental Impact documents of Municipal !later District of Orange County on such project, which documents consist of, but are not limited to, the Draft Environmental Impact Report of April 22, 1977, the Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Report of August 24, 1977, and the Final Environmental Impact Report of November 14, 1977; NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF YORBA LINDA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the Board of Directors Yorba Linda County Water District certifies that it has reviewed and considered the information contained in the Environmental Impact Reports, consisting of, but not limited to, the Draft Environmental Impact Report of April 22, 1977, the Supplement to the Draft Environmental Impact Report of August 24, 1977, and the Final Environmental Impact report of November 14, 1977, concerning the Diemer Filtration Plant/Santiago Aqueduct Intertie.
