RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE YORBA LINDA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
AMENDING THE YORBA LINDA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Political Reform Act of 1974, the Yorba Linda County
Water District by Resolution No. 76-12 adopted a Conflict of Interest Code which
said Code was amended by Resolution No. 77-16; and
WHEREAS, the District's organizational structure has been revised requiring re-
vision of Appendix A to the District Conflict of Interest Code; and
WHEREAS, the staff of the District has presented an amendment of said Conflict of
Interest Code which amends Appendix A attached to said Code for its approval; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County Water District
does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: The amendments of the Yorba Linda County Water District Conflict of
Interest Code consisting of an amended Appendix A to said Code presented to the
Board of Directors of this District for approval and adoption shall be and the
same is hereby adopted.
SECTION 2: The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to submit the said
amendment of the Yorba Linda County Water District Conflict of Interest Code to
the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange for its approval.
