RESOLUTION NO. 79- 5
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE YORBA
LINDA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT REGARDING HOLIDAY POLICY.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County Water District have
adopted a personnel policy by Resolution,and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to review and amend the policy from time to time,
and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to amend rule 15.4 of the policy to allow more
flexibility in the operation of the District.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT resolved that Rule 15.4 of the personnel policy is
amended to read as follows:
15.4 The General Manager or Board of Directors may designate
a time to take any of the days designated in section
15.0 to create four day week-ends in conjunction with
other holidays. The General Manager or Board of Directors
will consider the public acceptance and the operations of
the District in adjusting the holiday schedule. The
holiday schedule for the ensuing year will normally be
posted and distributed to employees during December of the
prior year so that District and the employees may plan
and schedule their time.
Adopted at the regular meeting of the Board of Directors on the 8thday of
February 1979, by the following called vote:
Ayes: Directors Knauft, Lindow, Clodt, Korn and Cromwell
Noes: None
Absent: None
Abstain: None
