RESOLUTION NO. 79-25
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE YORBA LINDA COUNTY
WATER DISTRICT REGARDING THE RETIREMENT OF H. RODGER HOWELL AS
ATTORNEY FOR THE DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Mr. H. Rodger Howell of the firm of Rutan and Tucker, has served
as the attorney for the District since its formation in 1959, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Howell has been a dedicated legal representative of the District
throughout its formation and its history, and
WHEREAS, his vision and ability to foresee the growth of this area has been
a contributing factor to the successful development and growth of the
Yorba Linda County Water District, and
WHEREAS, his guidance and superior assistance in all legal matters has guided
the District through an intensive period of growth with unfailing
good judgment,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda
County Water District and the staff extend to H. Rodger Howell, attorney
for the District, the sincere thanks and appreciation for his warm and
sincere involvement in all District matters, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Board of Directors and this District Staff do
wish him well in his future endeavors.
Passed and Adopted this 8th day of May, 1979, by the following called vote:
Ayes: Directors Lindow, Clodt, Cromwell and Knauft. Noes: none. Absent: Korn.
