RESOLUTION NO. 79- 30
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE YORBA LINDA COUNTY
WATER DISTRICT ESTABLISHING THE SALARY RANGES FOR DISTRICT EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, it is necessary from time to time to review salary ranges,
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors have reviewed the following salary ranges;
NOW THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County Water District
does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
SECTION I. That, the titles and salary ranges are as follows:

Accounting Clerk I
Accounting Clerk II
Assistant General Manager
Assistant Project Manager
Assistant Purchasing Agent
Clerk Typist
Construction Inspector
Customer Service Rep.
Customer Service/Meters (meter reader)
Data Entry Operator
Engineering Manager
Engineering Aide(Sr)
Engineering Aide I
Engineering Aide II
Engineering Aide III
Maintenance Foreman/Water
Maintenance Foreman/Sewer
Maintenance Leadman
Maintenance Man I
Maintenance Man II
Maintenance Man III
Mechanic
Plant Operator (Sr)
Plant Operator
Project Manager

SECTION II. That for the purpose of implementing the above, the corres-
ponding hourly rate shall be determined by dividing the monthly salary by
173.333.
SECTION III. That, department heads and other key personnel shall not be
eligible for paid overtime, compensatory time off for work beyond the
normal work week may be granted at the discretion of the General Manager.
SECTION IV. That, the following listed positions are deemed "key personnel",
General Manager, Assitant General Manager, Project Manager, Secretary,
Auditor, Engineering Manager, Assistant Purchasing Agent
(Rules 6 Section 6.04 Personnel Manual)
SECTION V. That, this resolution shall be effective as of July 1, 1979
SECTION VI. That, all conflicting resolutions and minute orders are hereby
repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14 day of June 1979 by the following called
vote.
AYES: Directors Lindow, Clodt, Cromwell and Knauft
NOES: None
ABSENT: Director Korn
ABSTAIN: None
