Home My WebLink About1979-09-25 - Resolution No. 79-380 0 RESOLUTION NO. 79- 38 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE YORBA LINDA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT RESCINDING RESOLUTION 78-14 Re: the Appointment of Assistant Secretary WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County Water District determined in March of 1978 that it was necessary to have an additional Assistant Secretary, and WHEREAS,there is no longer a need for an additional Assistant Secretary, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County Water District rescind Resoltion No. 78-14 and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Charlotte Thomas is no longer Assistant Secretary of the Yorba Linda County Water District.
