RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF YORBA LINDA
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 79-1 (OHIO-
ORIENTE) REQUESTING APPROVAL OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF YORBA LINDA OF PROPOSED RESOLUTION OF
INTENTION AND MAP OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of YORBA
LINDA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT (the "District") proposes to adopt
on , 1979, its proposed Resolution of Intention,
under Division 12 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State
of California (the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913), a copy of
which proposed Resolution of Intention is attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, relative to proposed work,
acquisitions and improvements therein described in a proposed as-
sessment district therein described and provided for, designated
Assessment District 79-1 (Ohio-Oriente); and
WHEREAS, Section 10104 of said Streets and Highways Code
provides that when proceedings are initiated under said Division
of said Code by a legislative body other than that of a City or
County, before the Resolution of Intention is adopted, the proposed
resolution, together with a plat or map which indicates by a boundary
line the extent of territory included in the proposed district,
shall be submitted for approval of the City Council of the City
where the land to be assessed lies within the corporate limits
of such City; and
WHEREAS, the land to be assessed in the proposed assessment
district lies within the City of Yorba Linda,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF YORBA LINDA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, as follows:
1. The City Council of the City of Yorba Linda, California,
is hereby requested to approve said proposed Resolution of In-
tention proposed to be adopted by the Board on , 1979,

in the form attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof, and to approve the map indicating by a boundary line
the extent of territory included in the assessment district pro-
posed to be formed in said Resolution, which map is attached to
said proposed Resolution of Intention as Exhibit "A" thereto.
2. Said City Council is hereby further requested to
evidence such approval by setting forth the same in a resolution
duly adopted by said City Council and to transmit a copy of said
resolution, duly certified by the Clerk of said City Council, to
the Secretary of the Board.
3. The Secretary of the Board is hereby directed forth-
with to present to the City Council of the City of Yorba Linda
a copy of this Resolution duly certified by the Secretary of the
Board.
