These Sections pertain to the rates the District charges developers for new water facilities. These proposed new rates which are included for your review, have been presented to and discussed in detail with, the Finance Committee at their meeting on July 29. Some of the charges have stayed the same. However, there are some charges that need to be raised. It was the general consensus, at that meeting, that we review these rates and charges at least every six months due to the inflationary period we are experiencing.
