Home My WebLink About1983-12-29 - Resolution No. 83-190 RESOLUTION NO. 83 -1`it RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE YORBA LINDA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT ADOPTING A PAY PLAN WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda County Water District has on May 8, 1980 adopted the "Yorba Linda County Water District Personnel Rules - May, 1980"; and WHEREAS, the rules direct that a Salary Resolution shall be prepared for approval by the Board of Directors, and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors to adopt a pay plan for all employees as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors pf the Yorba Linda County Water District as follows: Section 1. That the Pay Plan as more particularly set forth in Exhibit "A" for all employees attached hereto be and is approved and adopted. Section 2. That each employee of the District is granted a salary increase of 3 % of their present salary as a cost of living increase effective with the pay period beginning Jan. 8, 1984. Section 3. That all conflicting resolutions and minute orders are hereby repealed. Passed and adopted this29th day of December , 1983 by the following called vote: ` Ayes.
