RESOLUTION NO. 84-21
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE YORBA LINDA
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AUTHORIZING AN INVESTMENT ACCOUNT
OPENED WITH BEVERLY HILLS SAVINGS & LOAN
RESOLVED that this organization open an account with
Beverly Hills Savings & Loan
subject to applicable rules, regulations and by-laws; that
all items drawn on the account shall be signed with the District
name followed by the Board authorized signature.
That all activity in the account, as evidenced by statements
received by this organziation prior to the adoption of this
resolution, is hereby ratified and approved.
That this authorization shall remain effective until
Beverly Hills Savings & Loan
receives a certified copy of a resolution of the organization
to the contrary; that all previous authorizations heretofore
given with respect to said account are revoked; that the
revocation of this or of previous authorizations with respect
to said account shall not affect the validity of any item
signed or endorsed by any person or persons at the time
authorized to act; and that this organization guarantees pay-
ment of any overdraft created in this account.
Passed and adopted this 27th day of September 19 84 by the
following called vote:
