Home My WebLink About1985-02-14 - Resolution No. 85-030 0 RESOLUTION NO. 85-03 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE YORBA LINDA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT REGARDING CHECKING ACCOUNT WITH THE BANK OF YORBA LINDA TO: BANK OF YORBA LINDA RESOLVED: that this organization establish in its name one or more deposit accounts with BANK OF YORBA LINDA upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon with said bank and that the PRESIDENT and SECRETARY of this organization be and they are hereby authorized to establish such an account. RESOLVED: that Betty Emblidge Auditor or Arthur C. Korn Assistant General Manager and M. Roy Knauft, Jr. or Howard W. Lindow Director or Whit Cromwell Director or Paul Armstrong Director or William R. Mills, Jr. Director of this organization be, and they are hereby authorized to draw checks on said account of this organization, signed as provided herein with signatures duly certified to said bank by the the Secretary of this organization and said bank is hereby authorized to honor and pay any and all checks so signed, including those drawn to the individual order of any officer or other person authorized to sign the same. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a full true and correct copy of the Resolution adopted by the Board of the Yorba Linda County Water District at a meeting of said Board regularly held on the 14th day of February 1985 and that the signatures appearing on the reverse side of this card are the signatures of the persons duly authorized to withdraw funds of said organization from said bank in accordance with the above Resolution until such authority is revoked by giving written notice thereof to said bank signed by the officers of said organization thereunto duly authorized by its Governing Body.
