RESOLUTION NO. 87-36

RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE
YORBA LINDA WATER DISTRICT
APPOINTING THE ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
AS THE AUDITOR FOR THE DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the State of California Water Code requires the appointment
of an Auditor for a County Water District; and
WHEREAS, the Water Code under Section 30582 states that the Auditor
shall install and maintain a system of auditing and
accounting that shall completely and at all times show the
financial condition of the District; and
WHEREAS, to comply with Section 30582 of the Water Code and
continue the efficient and effective operation of the
District,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Yorba Linda Water District as follows:
1. The Assistant General Manager shall be appointed as the District
Auditor with such responsibilities as deliniated in Section 30582 of
the California Water Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of November, 1987 by the following
called vote:
Ayes: 3 Whit Cromwell, Sterling Fox, Arthur C. Korn
Noes: 0
Absent: 2 Paul Armstrong, Roy Knauft
