RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE YORBA LINDA WATER DISTRICT
ADOPTING SEWER DEVELOPMENT AND PROCESSING FEES
WHEREAS, historically, the District's Rules and Regulation for Rendition of Sanitary
Sewer Service have included sewer rates, development fees and
charges; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda Water District has, from time
to time, adopted specific sewer-related Resolutions and Ordinances to
reflect changes in the fees, rates and charges for services provided by
the District; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desire to amend the Rules and Regulations to
place all fees, rates and charges for services in a Sewer Development
and Processing Fees Resolution; and
WHEREAS, on June 22, 1989, the Board of Directors adopted the fiscal year
1989-90 Annual Budget, and compensation adjustments for the
District's employees; and
WHEREAS, the public and interested parties were notified of the public hearing to
consider changes in fees fourteen (14) days prior to adoption; and
WHEREAS, the fees collected pursuant to this Resolution shall be used to finance
costs necessitated by the services provided by the District
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Yorba
Linda Water District to adopt Sewer Development and Processing Fees
which correspond to the Rules and Regulations, as follows:

Section 3:
9.12 Not less than $300. per acre, nor more than $2,000. per acre.
Section 4;
9.13 Until remaining balance is $1,700. per acre (remaining balance of refund is
equal to the total investment per acre in trunk, sub-trunk, or principal lateral
facilities less $300. per acre less the amount per acre refunded to date). After the
above requirement has been satisfied any monies available for refund shall be
calculated in accordance with Section 9.07 including sub-paragraphs A through J
until such time as the original builder has been refunded to his $300. per acre
base cost....
Section 5:
9.15 Not less than $350. per acre, nor more than $1500. per acre.
Section 6:
9.17 Until their remaining balance of refund is $1,150. per acre (remaining balance
of refund is equal to the total investment per acre in trunk, sub-trunk, or
principal lateral facilities less $350. per acre less the amount per acre refunded
to date). After the above requirement has been satisfied, any monies available for
refund shall be calculated in accordance with Section 9.06 including sub
paragraphs A through H until such time as the original builder has been refunded
to his $350. per acre base cost....
Section 7:
9.23(E)Not less than $2000. per acre for each acre of property they are including within
the project for offsite sanitary trunk improvements.
Section 8:
15.01 MAINTENANCE CHARGE: $1.75 per month.
Section 9:
15.02 EFFLUENT DISCHARGE RATE:
First 1500 cubic feet of water consumption per month: $1.75/mo.
1501 to 651,000 cubic feet of water consumption per month: $$0.075/1000
cu. ft.
Excepting as follows:
a. Single Family Dwellings: $1.75/mo.
b. Schools: $1.00/mo.
c. Multiple Family Dwellings: $0.50 min./mo.
d. Waste water from petroleum wells: $5.00 min./mo.
e. Temporary service: $5.00 min./mo.
