RESOLUTION NO. 95-08
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF YORBA LINDA WATER DISTRICT
ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR
FISCAL YEARS 1995-96 AND 1996-97
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 94-06
WHEREAS, the Yorba Linda Water District has prepared a two year Budget Report which
covers Fiscal Years 1995-96 and 1996-97; and,
WHEREAS,
on May 16, 1995, the proposed budget was presented to and reviewed by the
Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the District; and,
WHEREAS,
on June 8, 1995, the proposed budget was presented to and reviewed by the
Board of Directors of the District; and,
WHEREAS,
on June 22, 1995, the Budget Report for Fiscal Years 1995-96 and 1996-97
was considered by the Board of Directors at a Regular meeting; and,
WHEREAS,
it is the desire of the Board of Directors to adopt the Budget Report for fiscal
year 1995-96 and 1996-97, and rescind Resolution No. 94-06.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda
Water District as follows:
Section 1. That the Budget Report for Fiscal Years 1995-96 and 1996-97, set forth in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2. The Budget Report for Fiscal Years 1995-96 and 1996-97, including the Budget
Authority Guidelines recommended to administer the Annual Budget, is in full
force and effect beginning on July 1, 1995, and continuing until this Resolution
is rescinded by the Board of Directors.
Section 3. That Resolution No. 94-06 and all conflicting minute orders are hereby
rescinded effective July 1, 1995.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 1995, by the following called vote:
