SUBJECT: Summary Minutes of the Executive - Administrative Committee Meeting
The Executive - Administrative Committee held a meeting on April 14, 1999. Present were
Arthur C. Korn, Michael Beverage, William Robertson, Michael Payne and Roy Stephenson,
City Engineer. The following items were discussed:
Water rate for the Proposed Golf Course. Staff, Committee and Mr. Stephenson discussed
this matter at length. This matter is scheduled for action at the April 22, 1999, Board of
Directors meeting.
2. Sewer charges for District maintenance of City owned sewer system. Staff reported charges
will rise after eight years of service. Brief discussion about City transferring ownership of
the City owned system to the District. District and City representatives discussed their
viewpoints on this matter. Action on the Maintenance Charges is scheduled for the April 22,
Board of Directors meeting.
3. General Manager Contract. This matter was deferred to the Committee meeting scheduled
for Wednesday April 28, 1999.
