ITEM NO. 4.2 AGENDA REPORT Meeting Date: April 14, 2014 Subject: Third Draft of Admin Department Budget FY 14/15 SUMMARY: The First Draft Budget for the Administration Department was reviewed by the Committee on February 10, 2014. The proposed total budget was $438,450, a 22% reduction from the FY13/14 budget of $564,450. Staff requested an increase of $1,000 to the proposed FY 14/15 budget for a training conference for the Executive Secretary on March 12, 2014. Staff is now requesting an increase of $25,000 for the development of a District Succession Plan. The cost estimate for this work is based on a proposal provided to the District by Koff & Associates. The revised proposed budget for the Administration Division is now $464,450.
