ROWE PRICE WHEREAS, the Yorba Linda Water District had an agreement with T. Rowe Price where District employees could choose to open and maintain deferred compensation investment accounts; and WHEREAS, T. Rowe Price requires that a resolution be adopted certifying individuals who are authorized to act on behalf of the District related to employee investment accounts held at T. Rowe Price. NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda Water District does hereby find, determine, and resolve the following: Section 1.
