HomeMy WebLinkAbout2017-07-11 - Resolution No. 17-25 RESOLUTION NO. 17-25 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE YORBA LINDA WATER DISTRICT ADOPTING THE GENERAL MANAGER CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY EFFECTIVE JULY 11, 2017 WHEREAS, pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Title 2, §570.5, CalPERS requires governing bodies of local agencies contracting with CalPERS to approve and adopt a publicly available pay schedule in accordance with public meeting laws; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors regularly enters into employment agreements for the position of General Manager, and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors to adopt the General Manager Classification and Salary effective July 11, 2017. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda Water District as follows: Section 1. The General Manager Classification and Salary as set forth in Exhibit A and attached hereto is approved and adopted effective July 11, 2017. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July 2017, by the following called vote: AYES: Directors Hall, Hawkins, Jones, Miller and Nederhood NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: None J.
