The October 13, 2004 meeting of the Yorba Linda Water District Building Ad Hoc
Committee was called to order by Chairman Michael J. Beverage at 4:00 p.m. The
meeting was held at District Headquarters, 4622 Plumosa Drive, Yorba Linda.

1. Concert Dlan for the new administration building.
Gillis & Associates presented a concept floor plan for the new administration
building located off Miraloma Ave. The Committee discussed the details of this
plan at length.
2. Order of magnitude construction cost.
Gillis & Associates presented a preliminary order of magnitude cost estimate
based on the latest building plan. The estimate included the building shell, site
work and contingency factor. Staff presented additional costs that will need to be
considered to complete the project. General Manager Payne stated that he will
meet with department managers to discuss the details of the floor plan again
before refining the layout and cost estimate.
