Home My WebLink About2018-09-11 - Resolution No. 18-28 RESOLUTION NO. 18-28 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE YORBA LINDA WATER DISTRICT AMENDING EXHIBIT A OF THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE DISTRICT AND THE YORBA LINDA WATER DISTRICT EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION FOR THE REMAINDER OF FISCAL YEARS 2019-2023 WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda Water District previously adopted the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the District and the Yorba Linda Water District Employees Association for Fiscal Years 2019-2023 (Resolution No. 18-10); and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors subsequently adopted Resolution No. 18-16 amending the effective dates of Exhibits A through F of the MOU to reflect the 1St day of July of the applicable fiscal year; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors to further amend Exhibit A of the MOU to modify the classifications and salary ranges for employees of the Yorba Linda Water District Employees Association for the remainder of Fiscal Years 2019-2023. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda Water District as follows: Section 1. That Exhibit A of the Memorandum of Understanding between the District and the Yorba Linda Water District Employees Association for Fiscal Years 2019-2023 be amended effective August 19, 2018 to read as attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
